 Build your own wedding package: 

HOURS: 

• 2 Hours  -  +/-  300 photo's - This option is only applicable for morning weddings and only covers pre-wedding photo's and the service and 'on location photo's.
  

•  6 Hours  -  +/- 450 photo's - This option captures most of the important moments of the wedding

•  8 Hours  -  +/- 600 photo's  -  This option is normally enough to cover the whole wedding.

  
DVD:

• Full coverage of your wedding day (this includes getting ready, the wedding and the reception)
• Half coverage:  This option only covers the ceremony OR the reception.
  

PRINTING: 

Standard with all 'Printing' options:  1 x Thank you card for every couple at the wedding (ex.:  100 people = 50 cards)

• OPTION A:
• 100 jumbo photos (10cm x 15cm)
  
• 4 x A5  (15cm x 23cm)
• 2 x A4  (20cm x 30cm)

• OPTION B
• 180 jumbo photos (10cm x 15cm)
  
• 8 x A5  (15cm x 23cm)
• 4 x A4  (20cm x 30cm)

• OPTION C (STORYBOOK ALBUM)
  
• You write your own story.  We can add childhood photo's as well as photo's since you have met to a minimum of 40 pages.
• This can be done in a normal layout* or in a personal layout**

 * NORMAL LAYOUT:  Like most other Photographers we sent the album away and layout is done by the company which prints the album.  They use a lot of templates and don't make your album personal and creative.

**  PERSONAL LAYOUT:  This type of layout is very personal and your Storybook Album really tells the story of your life.  It is a fairytale album with a subtle blend of photos each with individual artwork to enhance the photo's.  The photos are not manipulated to make them look unrealistic.  The purpose of this album is to reflect your unique personalities, and to highlight how special your wedding day was.

General information applicable to all packages:

• DEPOSIT:  50% (of the package) non-refundable deposit is payable to make your reservation.
• All quotes valid for 28 days.
• CONSULTATION:  You have 3 free consultations of 1 hour each, thereafter the charge is R100.00 per hour.
• The balance of the package you choose is payable in CASH on you wedding day, OR a transfer (EFT) can be made before the wedding.  BO Cheques or cash bank deposits!!
• TIME AT WEDDING DAY:  The 8 hour package is normally enough to cover the whole wedding.  PLEASE SEE THAT EVERYTHING YOU WANT CAPTURED IS FINISHED BY THEN.
• TRANSPORT COSTS:  No transport cost is applicable in the Port Elizabeth area.  If your wedding is further that 100km from Port Elizabeth the charge is R4,50 per km.  Parking and entrance fees must be paid by the clients.
• ACCOMMODATION:  If the wedding is further that 100km from Port Elizabeth, overnight accommodation must be paid for by adding R1000.00 to your package.
• POSTAGE:  if you can't collect your product from Mintipag, you will have to pay for postage.
• SEATING AT RECEPTION:  Seating for one at the reception is required (if you choose the Video option with the photo option seating for two is required)
